This was the cutest sad picture ever! Isn't she cute!Gosh it has been so long since I have posted. Oh, Well! To sum the month of May up- things have been GREAT. I had a wonderful mothers day. Aaron and I went to Denver that weekend with some terrific friends, Brandon and Dot. We stayed at the Hyatt Place, went swimming with Gabe, and at out at the Rumbi Grill (I found one in Denver!!!!). We also stayed up late playing games with Brandon and Dot, while the kids slept in the adjoining room. Saturday, Aaron and I got up early to go to the temple and then we all went to the zoo. It was a great day. For the actual mothers day Aaron bought me a dozen roses and a bouquet of tulips (my favorite flower) and he actually cooked me a really yummy dinner.
Gabe is almost five months old now! At his four month appointment he was 15 lbs 4 oz and 25 inches long. I wonder how big he is now? He grows so fast. He had all of his shots and was a little cranky that day but was back to normal the next day. He can roll over, which is way fun, and his new kick (haha) is to kick is left leg really high to hit the toys that hang above him. It is such a hoot to watch. He also is back to screaming his excitment. It really grabs your attention.
So the other exciting event was to visit my niece Evelyn's baby blessing. Her and Gabe are just two days apart and I have not seen her since they were born. It was a great weekend filled with family, fun, and some shopping. We stayed a day longer because the blessing was later in the day and we did not want to travel so late. The blessing was beautiful and it made me so excited for the day we get to bless Gabriel. It is pure torture to wait. Anyway, here a few pictures of the last month. Enjoy!
